Victorian Semi-Detached, Guildford

Kitchen

In the Surrey Hills, we designed a new ground floor extension for an iron stone period cottage. Replacing a cold, conservatory with a spacious kitchen and dining space, we restored the exterior wall to add character to the space. Roof lights spread natural light onto the bespoke kitchen.

Down the hallway is a contemporary bathroom finished in a beautiful tadalekt plaster and brass hardware. The guest bedroom is in a neutral design , fit with air-conditioning and underfloor heating. There is access to the courtyard garden through bespoke aluminium doors.

Exterior changes include replacing the windows with flush casements in colour 'Painswick'. We designed the garden to have planters surrounding the courtyard with steps towards a fire pit and outdoor shower.

Surrey Hills Cottage & Garden

A five bedroom detatched house on a private road in Surrey.

The Client approached us when nearing purchase of the property to support them with their thoughts of extending and modifying the house for a busy family of 5.
We designed the new layouts and extension for a traditionally modern, homely environment and perfect for socialising too.

Our full design service supported the process through planning ready for the construction to begin.

Now a 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with huge open plan Kitchen, Utility and Pantry, and Lounge with oriel window the house oozes style filled with our clients beautiful artwork and use of colour.



Surrey Family Home

Cosy High-End Bathroom Remodel with Shiplap Feature

We completely re-constructed a roof/eaves bathroom, creating a new dormer roof with Georgian windows and astragal bars to lift the ceiling height in a very sloping, pitched room. A new layout was completed with a roll-top bath and unique vanity unit. Underfloor heating was added and high-end products are used throughout; we worked very closely with the client who is an avid collector of antiquities.

The main family bathroom was also refurbished to create a stunning ship-lapped space, Featuring a giant walk in shower with pebbles underfoot and rainfall shower. Again, high-end products and bespoke built in cabinetry and vanity unit were added.

Complete House Renovation and Extension

After a  year of plans and designs the Garage conversion commenced to enable us to create a self contained bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living space for our clients. to move into prior to us tackling the main house.

Following on came the build of the single storey rear and wrap around vaulted extension timber clad to match that of a Sussex clad barn.

Beautiful windows were fitted, Georgian with astragal bars in stone colour and giant sliding black aluminium doors to the rear.

Internal alterations a plenty and a new staircase location saw the new layout come to life.

One giant Kitchen and 5 bathrooms (and all the bedrooms and reception rooms) later we finally had the desired finish the Client dreamed of one day achieving.

An Oak framed porch has also transformed the front of the house.

A loft conversion was added to a south London semi-detached house, adding a master bedroom and ensuite. The ground floor hallway, kitchen and dining space was also refurbished, the hallway is laid with monotone tiles paired with the contrasting stair colour. The two-toned kitchen benefits from a large central island. We were able to section a cloakroom and utility cupboard in the kitchen, using wood slat panels to create hidden doors.
