Surrey Hills Cottage

This was a period cottage built from iron stone.
We designed the new extension which houses the new Kitchen, bathroom finished in beautiful tadelackt on the walls and ground floor bedroom.
We had bespoke aluminium doors made and then changed the original house windows to flush casement windows in painswick colour.
Underfloor heating throughout and also air conditioning.

Surrey Family Home

A five bedroom detatched house on a private road in Surrey.
The Client approached us when nearing purchase of the property to support them with their thoughts of extending and modifying the house for a busy family of 5.
We designed the new layouts and extension for a traditionally modern, homely environment and perfect for socialising too.
Our full design service supported the process through planning ready for the construction to begin.
Our passion for design and attention to detail can be seen in the images below.
Now a 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with huge open plan Kitchen, Utility and Pantry, and Lounge with oriel window the house oozes style filled with our clients beautiful artwork and use of colour.



Cosy High-End Bathroom Remodel with Shiplap Feature

In this project we completely re-constructed a roof/eaves bathroom creating a new dormer roof with Georgian windows and astragal bars to lift the ceiling height in a very sloping, pitched room.

Underfloor heating was added and a complete transformation to the room layout was done- getting up a tiny winding staircase proved a challenge to get the slipped bath up!

High-end products are used throughout; we worked very closely with the client who is an avid collector of antiquities.

The main family bathroom was also renovated to create a stunning ship-lapped walls feature, a giant walk in shower with underfloor heated pebbles underfoot and huge shower head. Again, high-end products and bespoke built in cabinetry and vanity unit were added.

Complete House Renovation and Extension

After a  year of plans and designs the Garage conversion commenced to enable us to create a self contained bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living space for our clients. to move into prior to us tackling the main house.

Following on came the build of the single storey rear and wrap around vaulted extension timber clad to match that of a Sussex clad barn.

Beautiful windows were fitted, Georgian with astragal bars in stone colour and giant sliding black aluminium doors to the rear.

Internal alterations a plenty and a new staircase location saw the new layout come to life.

One giant Kitchen and 5 bathrooms (and all the bedrooms and reception rooms) later we finally had the desired finish the Client dreamed of one day achieving.

An Oak framed porch has also transformed the front of the house.

Bespoke built-in wardrobes to the stunning loft bedroom with vaulted ceiling, original oak beams restored.
